NFC Tag Detection Problems
Phone Shows No Response When Tag is Tapped
The most common issue - your phone doesn't vibrate, show a notification, or open anything when the NFC tag is held nearby.
iPhone Solutions (in order of likelihood):
- Remove phone case completely and test (thick cases block NFC)
- Update to latest iOS version (Settings → General → Software Update)
- Try different positions on the back of phone near camera area
- Hold tag firmly against phone for 3-4 seconds
- Clean both phone back and NFC tag with dry cloth
- Restart iPhone (hold power + volume buttons)
- Test with a different iPhone if available
Android Solutions (in order of likelihood):
- Check NFC is enabled: Settings → search "NFC" → toggle ON
- Remove phone case and test
- Restart phone and test immediately
- Try center back of phone, not edges or corners
- Update Android system and Google Play services
- Clear NFC service cache: Settings → Apps → NFC Service → Storage → Clear Cache

NFC Detection is Inconsistent

Profile Loading and Display Problems
Tag Detected but Profile Won't Load
Step-by-Step Diagnosis:
- Check internet connection - try loading any website
- Wait 30 seconds and try tapping tag again
- Close browser and tap tag to open fresh
- Try different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Restart phone and test immediately
Connection Issues:
