Add your child's basic information and detailed medical information for emergency responders.

Allergies with severity levels and emergency instructions
Include dosage, frequency, and emergency instructions
Choose what medical info to show in emergencies
Add Emergency Contacts
Add up to 5 emergency contacts with priority ordering. One contact must be marked as primary.
Contact Requirements:
- At least 1 contact required
- Maximum 5 contacts allowed
- One contact must be marked as primary
- Contacts are shown in priority order
- Name, relationship, and phone required
Activate Your NFC Tag
Use the 4-digit activation code sent to your email to activate your TapTap Buddy device.
