Accessing Your Parent Dashboard
Log In to Your Account
Go to your TapTap Buddy parent dashboard using the login credentials you created during initial setup.
Can't remember your login? Use the "Forgot Password" link or contact support with the email address you used during registration.
Navigate to Profile Management
Once logged in, you'll see a list of all your children's profiles. Click on the profile you want to update.
Enter Edit Mode
Look for the "Edit Profile" or "Update Information" button to begin making changes.

Test the NFC Tag
Tap the NFC tag with your phone to verify all updated information appears correctly and all contact links work properly.

Troubleshooting Update Issues
If Changes Don't Appear:
- Wait another 2-3 minutes - server sync can be delayed
- Close browser/app completely and test again
- Check your internet connection during updates
- Clear browser cache and try accessing profile again
