Step-by-Step Activation Guide
Tap Your TapTap Buddy Device
Hold your smartphone near the TapTap Buddy device to scan it with NFC. Your phone should automatically detect the tag and open a link in your browser.

Enter Your Activation Code
You'll be taken to the activation page. Enter the activation code from your order confirmation email. The code format is typically: TTB-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Create or Select a Profile
Choose to either create a new profile for your child or select an existing profile from your account. If this is your first time, you'll create a new profile.

Add Emergency Information
Fill in your child's emergency information including name, contacts, medical details, and any special instructions. You can always update this information later from your dashboard.

Complete & Test
Review your information and click "Activate Tag". Your tag is now active! Test it by tapping it again with your phone to see your emergency profile page.

Activation Complete!
Your TapTap Buddy is now protecting your child. Anyone who finds your child can tap the device to instantly see emergency contact information.
