Recovery Methods
Method 1: Check Your Email
- 1.Search your email inbox for "TapTap Buddy" or "activation code"
- 2.Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox
- 3.Look for an email from hello@taptapbuddy.com or noreply@taptapbuddy.com
Method 2: Contact Support
If you can't find your code in your email, our support team can help you recover it. We'll verify your identity and send you your activation codes. Still having issues? See troubleshooting guide
What We'll Need: Your order number, the email address used for your purchase, and the last 4 digits of the card used for payment.
